Some of the forms on this page perform calculations. The Community Service Report has an extremely high number of fields to calculate and it can take quite awhile to complete when the auto calculate is turned on. You may wish to turn the calculator off, fill out the form, then turn the calculator back on.

To disable form calculation:

On the top menu (Adobe) go to Edit > Preferences >
In the Preferences window click on Forms on the left side.
Uncheck Automatically calculate field values.
Click OK at the bottom
Fill out the form
Go back to Edit > Preferences >
Choose forms on the left
Recheck Automatically calculate field values.
Click OK at the bottom


The entire form will be calculated.
Save the form and email to the Chairman.
